At HJM All-terrain Ebike, we stand behind the quality of our rugged electric bikes and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every rider is fully satisfied with their gear, whether tackling mountain trails or city streets.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the E-bike

  Clean the bike and securely pack it in its original factory box with all components, including the battery, charger, keys, and toolkit, ensuring the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-warranty returns.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
